Natural Hair Colour Kit

To get a very dark or light shade of brown apply the step 1 powder( henna mix) and wash your hair as mentioned in the How to use section as well as the product box. After which, apply the step 2 powder( indigo Mix) on hair instantly after mixing it in water. The longer you let indigo sit on your hair, the darker the hair gets. To get light brown colour- wash off the indigo powder after 30 mins of application. To get a darker shade of brown colour- wash off the indigo powder after 1 hour of application. To get black colour in hair- wash off the indigo after 2 hours of application. 

Follow the given steps accurately to get natural looking black colour. It is absolutely possible to colour your hair black without any side effects from chemical dyes. 

Directions:

Part 1:

1. Soak WAANYA’S HENNA MIX  overnight with warm water making a thick paste. 
2. Using gloves provided inside, apply the paste generously covering roots and all hair strands. 
3. Rinse thoroughly after 1.5-2 hours. 

Note: Do not use shampoo after application

Part 2(After 2-3 hours of completing step 1 or on the next day):

1. Mix WAANYA’s NATURAL INDIGO POWDER with water to make a thick paste. 
2. Using gloves provided inside,apply the paste generously covering roots and all hair strands. 
3. Leave it on for 2 hours (the longer left, the darker the hair). Cover your hair using a wet towel or shower cap. 
4. Rinse thoroughly. 

Note: Apply the prepared paste within 10 minutes of mixing with water.

1. Being a plant based dye,  Some times  chemically damaged hair take 2-3 times pick the colour. But since you mentioned your grey hair turned orange on application of henna, it means that your hair could hold henna’s colour pigments which is a good sign. Please reapply the henna and indigo again. In case your henna application is a day old, there is no need to reapply henna. Simply apply the Indigo paste again. 

2.Another possibility is old indigo, in which case please buy a fresh packet of the NATURAL HAIR COLOUR KIT  and give your hair another chance. ( You can identify old indigo if the colour of the powder has faded dull from its original bright green)

To get the desired results, It is important that you apply the Indigo paste after Henna. The way our NATURAL HAIR COLOUR KIT works is as follows: the henna gives grey hair an orange colour. And the Indigo imparts a blue green colour. So, when the both mix together one after the other ORANGE+BLUE GREEN= VERY DARK BROWN-BLACK . 

To get the desired results, it is absolutely important to apply the henna in the first step-wash henna without any shampoo-let your hair dry. And in the second step to apply Indigo separately AFTER HENNA APPLICATION PROCESS IS COMPLETE.  Otherwise, the colour obtained will be orange and not brown-black.
