The concept of healthy aging is described in Ayurveda as RASAYANA, which aims at maintaining excellent physical and mental health in mature age through a combination of nourishing diet, wholesome activities, and gentle herbs( called as rasayana herbs) like amla, haritaki, haridra, chandan, kesar, manjistha and more.
Keeping in mind, we recommend the following skin care routine to delay signs of aging and boost radiance.
Step 1- Cleansing with Waanya’s MULTANI MITTI SOAP BAR.
Step 2- Masking with Waanya’s MUKH LEPA once a day, every day.
Step 3- Hydrating with Waanya’s GULAB JAL before step 4 by spraying 4-5 spritzals on clean face.
Step 4- Moisturising with Waanya’s SURYAMUKH: light weight gel cream during the day.
Step 5- Massaging Waanya’s KUMKUMADI TAILAM: overnight face serum for glow at night time before bed. ( A MUST HAVE for mature skin).
